The Precice Leg Lengthening Process: Full Timeline

Step 1: Online Evaluation & Consultation

After reaching out, our medical team reviews your X-rays and health history. We explain the procedure in detail, discuss your height goals, and confirm eligibility.

Upon arrival in Istanbul, our team picks you up at the airport and brings you to your hotel. Your accommodation will be arraged according to package you will choose. If you do your payment in cash you will get 2 nights free hotel stay in our hotel.

Step 3: Preoperative Testing

You undergo full bloodwork, lung scans, heart EKG, full-body X-rays, and mechanical axis planning. This ensures a safe and personalized surgical approach. We will calculate if you have any misalignment and surgery will be performed accordingly.

Step 4: Surgery

Under general anesthesia, the Precice nail is inserted through a small incision into your femur or tibia. We drill multiple micro-holes to safely release pressure, reduce embolism risk, and harvest bone marrow for stem cell application.

Step 5: Early Recovery (Hospital Stay)

You’ll remain in our partner hospital for 4 Night 5 days. Our nurses and surgeons monitor you 24/7, manage pain, and help you begin gentle movement as of next day of surgery to prevent DVT.
