Quadrilateral Lengthening Package & Pricing
Quadrilateral lengthening means both your femurs and both your tibias are lengthened either simultaneously or in stages for the most dramatic height gain we offer, typically 12–14cm total. Because you're combining two surgical sites, you also get to choose which method powers each one. Here's how the four combinations compare.
(Combinations pair a femur method with a tibia method. "PRECICE + PRECICE" means both femur and tibia use PRECICE; "PRECICE + LON" means PRECICE for the femur and LON for the tibia, and so on.)
How to Think About This Decision
Prioritizing comfort above all else? PRECICE + PRECICE gives you zero external hardware across all four surgical sites — the most comfortable version of the most intensive procedure we offer.
Want internal-system comfort without the full internal-system price? Both hybrid options (PRECICE + LON or FITBONE + LON) use an internal system on the femur — generally considered the more demanding bone to lengthen — while using the more affordable LON method on the tibia.
Care most about mechanical strength and durability? FITBONE + FITBONE gives you stainless steel construction throughout, which may allow earlier full weight-bearing across all four sites.
Working with a tighter budget but still want quadrilateral results? FITBONE + LON is our most accessible full quadrilateral option.
